Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD) is a global humanitarian relief and development organization responding to human sufferings in emergency and disaster situations anywhere all over the world regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, color, cultural diversity and social background. HHRD Afghanistan (Regional Office of Helping Hand USA) got registered as an international INGO in February 2014 with the number of (402) with the ministry of economy in the Islamic republic of Afghanistan to serve Afghan destitute families all over Afghanistan, HHRD Afghanistan needs one Cook/Cleaner, the candidate will receive 13500 AFN monthly.

Duties & Responsibiliites:

·       Perform cooking/meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) for Office Staff.

·        Maintain the kitchen and dining areas clean and hygienic at all times

·       Maintain all kitchen equipment in good working order and ensure availability at all times

·       Wash all fruits and vegetables with bottled water.

·       Oversee dishwashing duties and wash dishes as needed

·       Conduct weekly cabinet and refrigerator cleaning

·       Cook and prepare Breakfast, lunch and Dinner food for staff.

·       Purchase groceries and cooking materials from market.

·       Maintain the kitchen and its contents in hygienic condition

·       Clean guest house kitchen and dining room after every meal.

·       Ensure that dining room equipment (dishes and utensils, etc.) are kept clean and hygienic.

·       Make sure to carry out all garbage from Kitchen every day
